In his book* George Allen & Unwin - A Remembrancer, Rayner Unwin mentions the 1980 calendar and his comments seem to indicate that this was an Allen & Unwin publication.  A&U are not mentioned by name on the calendar, but their address appears and the ISBN number follows on from the 1979 calendar.
