This version of the slipcase can be identified by the fact that it lacks the printed price on the label, is paper covered [as opposed to linson - see the 1960 boxed edition] and lacks any staples in the top and base panels.

[Please note that the image opposite actually shows the 1960 linson covered slipcase.  The 1959 slipcase was similar in design and appearance, but was covered with paper rather than linson]
