Copies of the domestic 2nd and 3rd impressions (1974-1975) were issued in this rather flimsy cardboard sleeve.

According to Hammond only the later domestic copies noted above were issued in the sleeve, but two sets of export first impressions have also been seen in this sleeve - whether these are as issued is uncertain.
