|The King Edward's School Chronicle.
Edited by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Vol. 26, no. 188.
King Edward’s School.
Page Ref.: p.345.
This issue was edited by J.R.R. Tolkien.
It contains Tolkien’s Editorial.
It has been suggested that Tolkien may also have wrote The Coronation (see p.60), an account of the coronation of George V – Tolkien was in London during the coronation because he was one of eight cadets from the King Edward’s School Officers Training Corps chosen to line the processional route.
The image opposite shows the December 1935 issue – the July 1911 issue was very similar.
