At least two impressions issued.

The BCA paperback can easily be distinguished from this HarperCollins trade paperback by the fact that the BCA edition is 21.5cm high whereas the HarperCollins paperback is 19.7cm high. Also the "corona" at the peak of the mountain is truncated on the BCA edition and no barcode appears on the lower cover.
