The Tolkien contribution is slightly tenuous here, but the book is included in the bibliography for the sake of completeness. In his preface Peter Lucas states:

In the preparation of this edition I have had access to notes taken from lectures given by J.R.R. Tolkien at Oxford. Two of the emendations adopted in the text (280, 519) were, as far as I know, first suggested by him in these lectures and are therefore attributed to him in the Textual Notes. His comments or suggestions are also incorporated in the Commentary from time to time (notes to 33b, 38, 62, 142, 166, 275, 308-9, 244a, 575).

In his Tolkien bibliography Wayne Hammond states that Lucas used Tolkien’s own notes, but this would seem to be contradicted by the extract given above.
