The 1st and 2nd Impressions were issued in a cloth-covered slipcase, whereas the 3rd and 4th Impressions were issued in a leather-covered slipcase.
The 1st Impression claims to be a limited edition of 1,000 copies. Later impressions do not make this claim, although many people make the assumption.
