6th Impression 1960 – 3,000 copies?
7th Impression 1961 – 2,000 copies?
8th Impression 1961 – 2,000 copies?
9th Impression 1962 – 8,500 copies
10th Impression 1963 – 8,500 copies
11th Impression 1965 – 14,000 copies?

Dustwrappers marked as 12th Impression have been seen on 11th Impression books, but a 12th Impression of the book was not issued.
